We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands). If you are an international customer, please see international shipping below.

 

Processing Time

Good things come to those who wait! We strive to fulfill the orders within 7-10* working days. We are still a small operation so please be patient.

* PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS PLACED DURING PROMOTION AND HOLIDAY PERIODS MAY TAKE UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS.

* CHALLENGE ORDERS ONLY:  The finisher's package will be shipped out  towards the end of the following month.

* GOLD CHALLENGE PACKAGES

ULTIMATE GOLD:  Starter shirt ships out within a week of the order placed; the finisher shirt and medal will ship out towards the end of the year as participants finish the challenge.

PREMIUM GOLD:  Finisher shirt and and medal will ship out towards the end of the year as participants finish the challente. 

MEDAL ONLY:  Medal will ship out towards the end of the year as participants finish the challenge.

International Shipping.

RISK OF LOSS, DAMAGE AND TITLE FOR MERCHANDISE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY WILL PASS TO YOU UPON OUR DELIVERY TO THE CARRIER. DAMAGED ITEMS DELIVERED THROUGH INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS WILL NOT BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED.

 

International Taxes, Duties and Custom Fees

Shipping charges do not include duties or taxes. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents. Please check with customs office for detail information.

USPS’s local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.C. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local postal office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

 

The minimum transit time for international shipping is 3-4 weeks (even to Canada).

Tracking Your Order

USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD DOES NOT PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION.

When using International 1st Class Mail you will receive a custom form number starting with LN. This is NOT a tracking number. The only information available on the USPS tracking page will be the date when the package was picked up by the carrier.

 

Possible Delays

All international orders when reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delay beyond original delivery estimates.

ILTR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, DELAYS OR COMPLIANCE. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER COMPLIES WITH LOCAL CUSTOMS REGULATIONS.

 

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from ILTR, you are responsible for original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your order.

 

Returned Shipments

If your order is returned due to undeliverable shipping address, you are responsible for original shipping charge, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ILTR. This amount will be deducted from your order.

 

Shipping Confirmation

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail. The e-mail contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link to the carrier site. You can click on the tracking number to track your order. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact customer service support@ilovetorun.org  We only provide email support at this time.
